Aaron Webster 'devastated' by Burton Albion departure
Aaron Webster says he is "devastated" to have been released by Burton Albion after 15 years with the club.
The defender, along with fellow long-serving Brewers John McGrath and Andy Corbett have not been offered new deals following their League Two play-off semi-final defeat against Bradford.
Corbett, 31, is retiring and midfielder McGrath, 33, will look for a new club.
Webster, 32, "I am absolutely devastated even though I knew what the outcome would be."
Defender Nathan Stanton, 32, and striker Adi Yussuf, 20, have also been released.
But the Brewers have offered new contracts to Calvin Zola, Jacques Maghoma and Matt Paterson.
