Aldershot Town sign Rotherham's Lionel Ainsworth on loan
Aldershot Town have completed the signing of Rotherham winger Lionel Ainsworth on a two-month loan deal.
The 25-year-old has made 13 appearances since joining the Millers in the summer but has not featured since October.
Shots boss Dean Holdsworth told "Lionel is a very exciting player who I know from my days as assistant manager of Derby County.
"He can play down the middle or on either flank, can be a real threat and possesses great quality."
The deal includes a recall clause after 28 days and the former Shrewsbury winger is eligible to play in the FA Cup.
Rotherham manager Steve Evans said: "Lionel has gone to get some first team competitive action and that really is the sole reason why I have sanctioned the loan deal.
"He certainly has a future with the Millers."
