St Mirren: Danny Lennon assesses trialist Patryk Mikita
St Mirren manager Danny Lennon will decide next week whether to pursue the proposed loan signing of Legia Warsaw forward Patryk Mikita.
The 19-year-old has been training with the Paisley club.
"He came over at the beginning of the week and I like what I see so far in terms of his size and technical ability and his character," said Lennon.
"It is looking favourable for the kid at this moment in time."
And the manager added: "He is a 19-year-old who doesn't speak a word of English.
"I was thinking about one or two of our boys and how they would handle going into a similar environment over there.
"So it tells you that he has a passion for the game and believes in his own ability."
