St Mirren: Broken ankle for striker Thomas Reilly
St Mirren striker Thomas Reilly will be missing for up to 10 weeks on the sidelines after fracturing an ankle.
The 18-year-old suffered the injury during St Mirren Under-20s' 3-2 victory over Celtic on Tuesday night.
Manager Danny Lennon said: "Thomas was injured the other night, so that is a major blow for us and the kid."
Reilly has made 14 appearances for the Buddies and scored a late equaliser in August against Motherwell, who visit St Mirren Park on Friday.
The player himself said on Twitter that he was not sure how the injury occurred other than it was an "awkward tangle" and that he would be missing for "between 6-10 weeks".
Scotland Under-19 forward Reilly spent last season on loan to Albion Rovers but has made 10 appearances this season for the Buddies first team, scoring once.
