Bristol Rovers 2-2 Aldershot

Substitute Fabian Broghammer grabbed a last-minute equaliser for Bristol Rovers, who earned their first home point of the season against Aldershot.

David Clarkson put the hosts into the lead with a spectacular 30-yard strike, but Craig Reid levelled the scores with a deft lob.

Alex Rodman turned the match on its head when he sent in an angled drive from 12 yards out.

But Broghammer was on hand to poke home Eliot Richards' low cross late on.

Aldershot were without striker Guy Madjo as he has joined Plymouth Argyle on a one-month loan deal.

"You don't always get what you deserve and we feel a bit hard done by at the moment. I thought we deserved the three points.

"I thought the first goal, if that had been Dennis Bergkamp scoring it, you would've said what a great player and it's a fantastic goal, which we worked on in training and its great when it comes.

"Jamie Young was superb and we sustained a lot of pressure. We gave a good account of ourselves and if we had the three points, I'd be happier."
