Peterborough take Grant McCann off transfer list

Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson has confirmed that midfielder Grant McCann is no longer on the transfer list.

Ferguson told the "Grant's attitude has been very good and he has been playing well so that is why I have made the decision."

McCann, 32, said: "I came back fit in pre-season and I wanted to get my head down, train hard and get into the team.

"I am off the list, but I am not getting carried away."

Northern Ireland international McCann was originally listed in April.
