Everton have signed forward Kevin Mirallas on a four-year deal from Olympiakos for a fee of about 拢6m.
Mirallas, 24, can play both up front and out wide, and scored 20 goals in 25 appearances last season.
"I am very happy because Everton is a big club and for me it's a very good opportunity," he told the club's official website.
He did not sign in time to play against Manchester United on Monday, but will make an appearance at Goodison Park.
Everton's move for Mirallas follows the sale of midfielder Jack Rodwell, who joined Manchester City for 拢12m last week.
Mirallas added: "I've known Everton have been following me for a while and after talking with the manager I decided coming to Everton was the best opportunity for me.
"I know this is a great club with great supporters and a club that has the ability win a lot of games in the Premier League. That's why I came."
Mirallas, who has scored seven times for Belgium, helped Olympiakos to the Greek league championship last season - their 39th title in their history.
The Belgian has also played for Lille and Saint-Etienne, and his arrival will be a further reshuffle of David Moyes' forward options after signing of Nikica Jelavic from Rangers in a 拢5.5m deal in January.
During that time, Louis Saha left the club on a free transfer and Denis Stracqualursi has returned to Tigre after a season-long loan spell at Goodison Park, while Tim Cahill sealed a move to New York Red Bulls.
The arrival of Mirallas also adds to the Belgian contingent in the Premier League - one of whom, Marouane Fellaini, also plays for Everton.
