Stoke City midfielder Matthew Lund rejoins Bristol Rovers
Stoke City midfielder Matthew Lund has rejoined Bristol Rovers on a six-month loan deal.
The 21-year-old scored twice in 13 games during his three-month stint with the Pirates last term.
Lund came through Crewe's academy set-up before moving to the Britannia Stadium in the summer of 2011.
He has yet to make a first-team appearance for his parent club but has previously had loan spells with Hereford and Oldham.
The Northern Ireland U21 international told the "I am looking forward to getting started, I missed the place and I am pleased to be back.
"I spoke to the manager and I really wanted to come back and play, and hopefully we can keep the run of form we had towards the end of last season."
