Dean Cox agrees contract extension with Leyton Orient
Leyton Orient winger Dean Cox has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract extension with the League One club.
The 24-year-old's previous contract was due to expire in the summer but the new deal ties him to Orient until the end of the 2014-15 season.
"He's scored 19 goals and made 30 assists in just a season and a half with us," boss Russell Slade told the club's website.
"That outlines what a positive contribution he has made."
Cox began his career with Brighton before moving on to Orient for the start of last season.
"It was important to keep him at the club and we're delighted that we can continue to build with him as a part of it," Slade added.
