Truro City striker Stewart Yetton says his side's 1-1 draw at bottom-of-the-table Thurrock was 'heartbreaking'.

City took the lead when Barry Hayles scored after 30 minutes, but Ben Bowditch's header with five minutes to go rescued a point for Thurrock.

"We dominated the first half but in the second half we didn't do very well, so we probably didn't deserve to win," he told 91热爆 Radio Cornwall.

"But to concede so late is heartbreaking," Yetton added.

Truro were served a winding-up petition by HM Revenue and Customs last week and Yetton says the club's recent off-field problems has had an effect on the players.

"There's a lot of concern, we don't necessarily know the full details of it," he said.

"It's probably having a little bit of an effect on the players, but we're professional players at the end of the day in the way we act and the way we prepare for games, and that'll never change."
