Burton Albion sign Billy Kee from Torquay United
Burton Albion have signed striker Billy Kee from League Two rivals Torquay United for an undisclosed fee.
The Northern Ireland Under-21 international has signed a two-year deal with the Brewers.
Kee, 20, made 46 appearances for Torquay last season, netting 10 times, but the Leicester-born man spoke to manager Martin Ling about missing home.
"He came to me last week and said that he was massively homesick," Ling .
"It's disappointing to lose Billy but it is no good keeping somebody against their will."
His new boss, Paul Peschisolido, : "He offers something different to what we have already which is important and I'm sure we can expect plenty of goals from him this season."
