Port Vale 4-1 Accrington Stanley
Four first-half goals helped Port Vale extend their unbeaten league run and claim an easy victory over Accrington.
Sean Rigg opened the scoring with a crisp finish following a clever pass from Gary Roberts, who later made it 2-0 with an unstoppable direct free-kick.
Adam Yates' cross was headed in by Tom Pope for the third before Rigg grabbed his second of the match from six yards.
Accrington's Peter Murphy hit the bar and then grabbed a consolation goal, heading in Craig Lindfield's cross.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Port Vale manager Micky Adams told 91热爆 Radio Stoke:
"We're very pleased with the result and the performance, although I don't think we played particularly well in the first half.
"It took us a while to get going but we were clinical today. We looked sharp and fit and it was all over by half time."
