Plymouth Argyle sign striker Warren Feeney
Plymouth Argyle have signed 30-year-old Northern Ireland striker Warren Feeney on a one-year deal.
Feeney was released by Oldham Athletic on Wednesday after having talks with Plymouth over a move to 91热爆 Park.
"I'm delighted to have him on board - he's fit and ready to play on Saturday," manager Peter Reid told
Reid has been trying to sign a striker since Liam Dickinson left just a week after signing.
"He's a good one for us because he brings something to the dressing room as well as his ability on the pitch," added Reid.
Feeney began his career at Leeds United before moving to AFC Bournemouth.
He has also played for Stockport County, Cardiff City and Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile Plymouth will no longer be trying to sign Tresor Kandol.
The former Leeds United striker failed to show up at Argyle for a meeting with Reid on Thursday.
