Bournemouth will not sell more players - Eddie Mitchell

Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has reassured fans that he does not want to sell any more players this summer.

The League One side have already seen , and leave the club this summer.

"We don't need to sell anyone else this summer, and we won't be forced into any unnecessary transfers," Mitchell told 91热爆 Radio Solent.

"It's disappointing to lose any players, but they've moved on and we got new players and they look good."

Meanwhile goalkeeper Shwan Jalal and striker Danny Ings are nearing the end of their current deals and Mitchell says he will sit down with manager Lee Bradbury to discuss their futures.

"Lee and I will have a chat and see what his plans are," he said. "I'm very confident players won't leave, but unfortunately we have a few players out of contract soon so we need to try and secure them.

"With our goalkeeper, we love Shwan and he's done really great since I've been here and we don't want to lose him, but if he doesn't want to renew his contract then we'll have to look at other avenues and that's why we've got in .

"Everybody this season is starting with a clean slate and there are no dead certs for positions, so there's lots of competition and I can't wait to see how it unfolds."
