Torquay striker Chris Zebroski hands in transfer request
Torquay United striker Chris Zebroski has handed in a transfer request, citing family reasons for the move.
The 24-year-old, , netted 15 goals in 47 league appearances for the Gulls last term.
Torquay boss Martin Ling said: "We offered Chris an extension to his contract but he is insistent now is the right time to move on.
"We will now be circulating his name to other clubs and looking for a fee that is right for Torquay United."
Zebroski still has a year to run on his current contract with Torquay, having penned a two-and-a-half year deal when he signed .
Ling continued: "His departure will obviously free up budgetary space and the money will be pumped back into the squad-building process at our club."
