William Fox-Pitt continues rehabilitation in UK after fall
British eventer William Fox-Pitt will continue his rehabilitation in the UK following a head injury suffered in a fall in France last month.
Fox-Pitt, 46, was after falling from Reinstated at the World Young Horse Championships in Lion D'Angers on 17 October.
He was flown back to England on Monday as he makes "really good progress", read a family statement.
Fox-Pitt is GB's most successful rider with 20 major championship medals.
"His recovery is likely to take time, but he is up and about and improving day by day," said his wife Alice.
"We are exceptionally grateful for the huge amount of support we have received."
