Hampshire v Glamorgan: Cooke and Goodwin boost visitors

Half-centuries from Chris Cooke and Murray Goodwin helped Glamorgan close day two on 226-4 against Hampshire.

Glamorgan soon slipped to 45-2 before Goodwin and Marcus North put on 70 for the third wicket.

Goodwin was finally trapped lbw for 51 after adding 55 with the impressive Cooke, who ended the day on 73 not out.

Hampshire started the day on 261-6 and added 88 runs in the morning before being dismissed for 349, John Glover picking up two wickets for Glamorgan.
