Derbyshire sweat over fitness of seamer Mark Footitt
Derbyshire are sweating over the fitness of seam bowler Mark Footitt after he injured his back against Glamorgan on day one of their match.
The 26-year-old had bowled five balls in his fourth over when he suffered a pain in his lower back and side.
He was unable to continue and he will have a scan in the next 48 hours.
"We're hoping it's a slight injury and it'll go away but unfortunately it may be worse than that," head of cricket Karl Krikken told Radio Derby.
