Will Helton is an American jazz-bassist, who heard our music through Richard's sister-in-law. He dug it, and joined! Finally there was Ray. Richard had known Ray for years, through their work in education. Ray had been in many local bands, and Richard persuaded him at a party that he should come along and listen to the band, which he duly did. Then there were five. How would you describe your music? It's difficult to categorise, but it's melodic with some unusual twists in time and structure.

Catchy choruses. Lots of harmonies. The songs often tell stories. How did the band gets its name? Richard and his wife were taking a walk in Lyme Regis when they came across a little street near to the Cob. Although the street was just an undistinguished row of terraced houses, Richard like the name. It stuck with him, and then Richard and Daf started to write a song about a man returning to his roots, to Ozone Terrace, and being haunted by his past life there. They wrote the song, and then we used the name. Who are your musical influences? A range of artists, including The Beatles, Dylan, The Pixies, Jimi Hendrix, Crowded House, Paul Simon and Robert Johnson. What is your most memorable gig so far? Probably The Westgate in Taunton. We went down well to a crowded house, and were enthusiastically reviewed in Suited and Booted. Where would you most like to play? Carnegie Hall would be good!

- Our first home-recorded album was very well reviewed in The Gazette.
- Our new seven-track CD was professionally recorded at Sawmills Studio in Golant, Cornwall.
- We now have our own website - the link's on the right of this page.
- Dave Kedward has already appeared on 91Èȱ¬ Somerset Sound talking about his Fairytales music for children.
- We come from all sorts of backgrounds and we're a range of ages, but somehow it works.
