Our school had a 'Trainers and Wacky-hair Day in order to raise money for Comic Relief. Unfortunately we couldn't have a non-school uniform day because everytime we do there is always a big fight between 'Goths' and 'Trendies'. Funny that when people in other countrys are starving to death, we're trying to raise money and all some people can think about is beating up other people...

Our school had big hair and non uniform on friday. we took in £1 for it and it all went to comic reliefe.
Sturms Sports Bar
Sturms Sports Bar in Taunton is donating money from sales of drinks to Comic Relief. Plus the DJ will be asking for donations if people want to make music requests. There will also be people collecting. It's open from 7pm to 2am on Red Nose Day!

A team of two Lifeguards, a Gym Instructor and a Marketing Officer are putting their best leg forward to raise money for Comic Relief. Ryan Clarke, Chris Ford, Jamie Hodkinson and Paul Yates are having their legs waxed at 4.00pm on Red Nose Day. They raised more than £400.
East Bridgwater Community School
Teachers are doing the full cross country track, starting from and ending at the school. They have to complete six laps!
Weston College
Foundation Degree Performing Arts students will hold an event at the college on Knightstone Road from 1.30pm on 11 March. They will produce a show for the whole college and other interested parties that will include dramatic pieces concerned with the issues that are supported by Comic Relief and also stand-up comedy pieces and song. All proceeds will go to Comic Relief.
City of Bath College
Students are hoping to raise £100 by walking from Bath to Bristol in a day on Saturday 12 March.
South Somerset District Council
Staff at the council's offices on Brympton Way in Yeovil are hoping to raise £300 by playing in a lunchtime concert on Red Nose Day (11 March) from 12.30pm.

We are joining in attempting to break the world record for the largest number of people with sprayed red hair on 11th March 2005
We need as many people as possible to come down to the salon at any time on the 11th & get their hair sprayed red & make a small donation to Red Nose Day(doesn't have to be all of it, just a little streak will do!) Will only take up 5 minutes of your time & you will be helping a very worthwhile charity. Come & join in this amazing World Record Attempt!

RND party at Sturms Sports Bar in Taunton on Tuesday 1 March from 7.30 to 11.30pm. The theme is Angel and Devil, but fancy dress is optional. There'll be a DJ, a comedian, a raffle and drink promos all night. Tickets are priced at £4 (beforehand) or £6 (on the door) and are available at SCAT. Please note: STUDENTS ONLY!
