Is the fashion industry getting greener?

Our reporter, Siobhann Tighe goes to London Fashion Week to ask DEFRA Minister Dan Norris whether he鈥檚 stuck to a promise he made us. Three weeks ago in an interview about the Government鈥檚 Sustainable Clothing Action Plan, a voluntary agreement designed to reduce textile waste, he told Siobhann he was going to call Primark to ask why it hasn鈥檛 signed up. So, has he? At the same time, she also finds out what fashionistas are doing to become greener, and how some designers are "upcycling" - using surplus fabric to make clothing.
