On getting more black people involved with the arts
When The Lion King opened in London in 1999, Josette Bushell-MingoÌýlanded the role of Rafiki, the shaman baboon afterÌýseveral auditions.
In 2000 she set up a black-led arts festival known as Push. As thisÌýyear's festival is about to begin, Josette tells Ritula Shah how the festival came about.
