Clea was a forensic anthropologist working for the UN War Crimes Tribunal.
At the age of 23, her job was to collect information from mass graves, to bring the killers to justice and identify the bodies for return to their relatives.
Her book, The Bone Woman, tells the story of this mission and of her later work in the former Yugoslavia.
She talks to Jenni about what drives her - and how she hopes to use her experience in the future.
