If you've just about had your fill of reheated Christmas pudding and too much brandy butter but still fancy something delectable to round off your meal - you've come to the right place.

Angela Hartnett, leading chef at the Connaught hotel in London has created some winter sauces for Woman's Hour. Today it's the turn of the fruit coulis.

Angela showed Simon Parkes how to use seasonal fruits to make a desert sauce to accompany a yoghurt mousse.
