Ìý Anne Perry Monday 27 October 2003 Ìý
She writes mainly historical crime and has just published her 40th book, No Graves as Yet. It's the first in a series about World War I, and is already in the New York Times Bestseller list.

It might be assumed that's Anne's success is tied to her notoriety. In 1994 when the film Heavenly Creatures came out it was revealed that she was one of the two teenage girls portrayed in the film.
Pauline Parker and Juliet Hume, as Anne was then known were convicted of killing Pauline's mother in New Zealand in the early fifties. But Anne Perry was already a successful novelist, quietly living in Scotland, when her true identity was discovered.
Anne Perry joins Jenni to talk about her life.
'No Graves As Yet' by Anne Perry is published by Headline; ISBN: 0755905280
