Jenni speaks to the woman bringing expertise from the American education system to one of Britain's top universities.

Professor Alison Richard will become the next Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge later this week, following nine years as the Provost of Yale.
Alison discusses what the challenges the leadership of Cambridge will bring and whether trans-Atlantic ideas on university funding, staffing and entrance could work here in the UK.
