The award winning playwright Tanika Gupta latest production - an adaptation of Harold Brighouse's classic play Hobson's Choice has just opened at the Young Vic.
She has transposed the characters from the late Victorian era to an Asian family shop in present day Salford.
Tanika Gupta joins Jenni to talk about the play and why she hates be referred to as an Asian playwright. 'Hobson's Choice' runs at the Young Vic Theatre until 9 August 2003 and then goes on tour.
