On Tuesday, there's to be a conference in Brussels which will discuss whether gender equality should form an official part of the new European Constitution. If it is, what would it enforce and how would it encompass the interests of women from countries as disparate as Denmark - and possibly, if full enlargement goes ahead - Turkey, Poland, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania.
Vivianne Redding from Brussels, is the EU Commissioner for Education and Culture and joins Jenni to talk about how this new constitution will affect women.
