It is a little known fact that any patient can request access to their medical records. But what happens if you don't like what you find there?
Jessica Lawrence is trying to take her hospital to court because they will not change her records, which she believes contain inaccuracies. The hospital maintains that she simply disagrees with the diagnoses made.
Jessica Lawrence joins Martha to state her case while Dr Raj Persaud, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Marion Chester of ACHEW discuss the implications that this may have for doctors and patients.
