Do men and women have different perceptions of what constitutes consent in a sexual encounter?

The government is poised to make changes to the current law in rape cases. There have also been highly publicised "his word against hers" stories in the newspapers.
Jenni talks to author Sean Thomas, who was acquitted of acquaintance rape, to one woman who chose not to go to court after being raped by an acquaintance, and to Professor Jennifer Temkin, the leading expert on rape law.
