Lawyer Charlotte Danciu is challenging a law in Florida.
At the moment the law states that if a single mother wants to put her child up for adoption and she doesn't know who the father is she must publish the names of all her previous sexual partners as well as details about her age, weight and height, in the local press.
Charlotte Danciu joins Jenni to explain why she is challenging this law.
