The British Cheese Awards were established in 1994 to highlight the huge diversity of cheesemaking in the UK. The force behind this endeavour is food writer Juliet Harbutt - the doyenne of British cheese.

Reporter, Anna Macnamee went to find out more from Juliette about Caerphilly, a crumbly British cheese first produced in 1830.
