Last week the Isle of Man Government passed its first ever sex discrimination bill, some thirty years after the UK.
So why has it taken so long? And does the new law go far enough?
Jenni discusses the new legislation with Bernard Moffat, leader of the TGWU on the island, who thinks there's still room for improvement, and Pam Crowe, Chairman of the Office of Fair Trading, and the member of the House of Keys who took the bill through.
