British Heptathlete Denise Lewis always said the Sydney Olympics in 2000 would be her games.

She proved herself right by overcoming injuries to win a gold medal, and was later awarded an OBE in the New Year Honours List.
But instead of going on to conquer all at this year's World Championships, she withdrew from the competition because of a stomach problem. Denise's personal life has also suffered recently, after the relationship with her boyfriend broke down.
Denise tells Martha about her autobiography 'Personal Best', in which she describes her struggle with injuries and her motivation crisis.
'Personal Best' (ISBN 0-7126-7737-2; Century; £16.99)
