Caribbean dance style
If the statistics are to be believed, it’s around now, three weeks into the new year, that those of us who enthusiastically joined a gym on January 1st will be starting to find excuses not to go. Apparently, if you choose dance as your form of exercise you’re more likely to stick with it. Victoria Hannaford joined Del Ely at his Soca Aerboics class in South London. It’s a dance style from the Caribbean with moves that focus on the hips, waist and bottom. |
