Goose is once again becoming fashionable as the centrepiece of Christmas dinner. However, itÌýhasÌýbeen a trying year to produce Geese. The summer flooding put the grass which geeseÌýneed to eat under water andÌýavian flu returned, increasing the tension for goose farmers.
