A busy time for the goose farmer

Goose is once again becoming fashionable as the centrepiece of Christmas dinner. However, itÌýhasÌýbeen a trying year to produce Geese. The summer flooding put the grass which geeseÌýneed to eat under water andÌýavian flu returned, increasing the tension for goose farmers. ReporterÌýSarah Swadling has been to meet June Nicks who hatches and fattens geese near Exeter, to find out what sets them apart from other poultry.
