BOUNDARIES OF SANITY AND MADNESS
What are the boundaries, if any, between madness and normality?Ìý DrÌýÌýtalks to Professor psychologist and author of Madness Explained: Psychosis and Human Nature, who believes that his research shows that we are all mad to varying degrees and that the fear of madness may be a much bigger problem than madness itself.Ìý

UGANDA
The continent of Africa has borne the brunt of devastation caused by HIV and AIDS.Ìý But Uganda is one sub-Saharan country which has bucked the trend. With the help of progressive social policies, the rate of transmission is decreasing.Ìý However, the psychological scars of the AIDS curse are deep-rooted and whole communities are facing dramatic levels of depression and suicide in the aftermath.Ìý Kati Whitaker has been visiting the rural communities of south western Uganda where a unique approach to dealing with depression is currently being piloted.
