How to deal with panic attacks
While feelings of nerves and fear are a natural part of life and are sometimes even helpful, they can also work against us and cause issues like panic attacks. Up to 1 in 3 people will have one at some point in their life. Speaking for the first time about her own experience, presenter Justine Jones shares how suffering from them led to her dropping out of University in her twenties, and hears the stories of others who suffer.
