"Honest as the day"
In this 1985 documentary, Tommy Letton talks about how good his Tiger Bay clients were, and how he ingratiated himself with the Arab community there.
Born in 1901, Tommy spent 40 of his 84 years selling fish from a barrow around Tiger Bay. Known as Uncle Tom, his life spans the glory and decline of the Cardiff docks.
