Jools is joined by arranger Peter Long, with music by Holst, Arnold and Ravel.

Jools shares his lifelong passion for classical music, and the beautiful connections with jazz and blues. With fascinating guests each week, who bring their own favourite music and occasionally perform live in Jools's studio.

Today, Jools's choices include music by Mozart, John Adams and Comtessa de Dia, with performances from Freiburg Baroque Orchestra and Billie Holiday. His guest is the arranger and bandleader Peter Long who introduces music he loves by Holst, Arnold and Ravel, and shares his own big band arrangement inspired by Holst's Planets.
