Dr Aamir Ayyub is a heart surgeon and is chair of a Manchester based charity called FAMS - he talks to Nihal about raising tens of thousands of pounds for poor medical students who can't afford fees to study medicine in Pakistan. Also, Nihal marks the start of the new Premier League season by talking to football writers and fans.
