Richard is live at the headquarters of the East Midlands Ambulance Service.

He'll look at the whole process of what happens when you dial 999; speaking to operators who are at the end of the phone taking emergency calls, talking to paramedics about what they encounter when they go out on a call, and finding out how the service is trying to bring down response times. Richard will even turn his hand to CPR training.
