Jimmy Tarbuck to chair Fighting Talk on Radio 5 Live – plus new panel show, The Big Ask

Jimmy Tarbuck becomes the latest showbiz luminary to fill the Fighting Talk chair this weekend on 91Èȱ¬ Radio 5 Live as he presides over the banter for points show at 11.00am on Saturday morning.

Panel members on the show this week include Ian Stone, Dougie Anderson, Will Buckley and Lawrie Sanchez.
Ìý
Tarbuck, a contemporary of The Beatles and a staple of the comedy circuit for more than 40 years, fills in for regular chairman Colin Murray.
Ìý
He is the latest in a long and esteemed line of chairpersons that has included Sir Terry Wogan, Dickie Davies, Johnny Vaughan, Christian O'Connell, Gabby Logan and Kelly Dalglish.

Jimmy Tarbuck said: "I am looking forward to being on one of my favourite radio shows. I am always happy to discuss sport and have an hour of laughter."

Meanwhile a new panel show comes to Radio 5 Live on Sunday at 7.00pm.

Martin Kelner presents the first of three programmes of The Big Ask which will take an alternative look at the issues in the news and demand answers to the four big questions of the week.
