New co-host for 1Xtra Breakfast Show

1Xtra 91Èȱ¬ announced today that Gemma Cairney will join the station to co-host the 1Xtra Breakfast Show.

Gemma will present her first show with Trevor Nelson on Monday (10 November 2008).
Ìý
Gemma began her career working in fashion as a stylist before entering the world of TV and radio.
Ìý
Gemma said: "I'm ecstatic to be joining; not only am I excited to imprint myself onto the station, but mostly I'm ecstatic to be sharing peanut butter on toast with Trevor Nelson every morning!"

Gemma Cairney also presents alongside Alexa Chung and Henry Holland hosting the new T4 show Frock Me every Sunday.

Prior to this Gemma could be heard presenting on Big Brother's Big Ears and was part of the Bite Team on Channel4.com.
