Talking about her new position Nazaneen says:
"It really is a dream come true – getting to do my dream job and in my home town.
Ìý
"When I was 11 I went on the 91Èȱ¬ Experience Tour at Television Centre and they gave you the chance to present the weather. It was then I decided that was what I wanted to do.
Ìý
"From then on I started to drive my family mad, I even used to make my Dad turn the sound off on the television news so I could practice by reading the subtitles to him."

Nazaneen joins 91Èȱ¬ South East Today from ITV West where she has been presenting the region's forecast for the last year.
Ìý
"It was a bit of a Cinderella tale," she says.
Ìý
"When I left college I worked as a runner for Endemol on Deal Or No Deal and then saw a librarian job at ITV West. I became media coordinator until one day, out of the blue, the head of news called me in and asked if I'd like to give presenting a try.
Ìý
"I loved working in Bristol but when the 91Èȱ¬ South East Today job came up I thought it was too good an opportunity to let pass by. After all, Tunbridge Wells has always been my home."
Ìý
Welcoming Nazaneen, 91Èȱ¬ South East Today Editor Quentin Smith says:
"We are delighted to have Nazaneen on board. She is a bright, engaging presenter and will be a real asset to the team. I am sure viewers will take her to their hearts."
