Jonathan Ross reduced to tears by Sex And The City!
There's a revelation from Jonathan Ross on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross when the presenter admits that Sex And The City - The Movie reduced him to tears.
Ìý
On tonight's show on 91Èȱ¬ One, Jonathan talks to the film's star Sarah Jessica Parker, who scotches rumours of rows with her co-stars.
Ìý
Sarah says: "I love those women, I wouldn't have wanted to do it with anyone else. We are family, there would be no reason to do it otherwise... I'm so proud of the work the other ladies have done, I think they're marvellous."
Ìý
She reveals to Jonathan that the movie nearly didn't get off the ground.
Ìý
"There was no script, there was an idea," she says. "When it didn't happen we all went on... Two years ago I had this instinct we should revisit the idea. Our audience grew after we went off-air so the audience created the opportunity."
Ìý
Asked whether she would consider playing Nancy in Oliver!, Sarah admits:
"I don't have the vocal required... [but] I can carry a tune."

Fellow guest Andrew Marr gives Jonathan his verdict on Tony Blair, saying: "He still thinks that 10 years down the line we'll have a stable Iraq and in the end it's all right, but he almost has to think that."
Ìý
Andrew also shares his thoughts on the economy. He says: "The simple story is the defeat of politics by shopping. We've got the shiny stuff but we don't believe the future will be better."
Ìý
He adds: "We've had 10 golden years economically. It's going to be quite hard for a few years, but a necessary correction."
Ìý
Jonathan also chats with Anthony Head, star of 91Èȱ¬ One drama The Invisibles, and there's music from Yazoo.
Ìý
A Hotsauce TV production for 91Èȱ¬ One.
