Gordon says: "They're beautiful, but ladies, just eat a fg good meal! I'd love them to indulge in some steak."

He also talks candidly about his former mentor and fellow Michelin-starred chef Marco Pierre White: "He's an amazingly talented chef. It's weird to see your old boss stepping into your shoes [fronting Hell's Kitchen]. I found it really strange that he'd done it. I wish him the best ... I just wish he hadn't retired from cooking."

Girls Aloud say they would love to sing with the Spice Girls.
Ìý
"We all grew up as Spice Girls fans," says Cheryl. "To watch them and now to be in the charts with them is bizarre. Record with them? It would be amazing – a charity record or something like that, we'd love to do that."

They also talk about whether they're planning to have children: "Cheryl's been thinking about it for a while," says Kimberley, "I want her to have one so I can be an aunty."

"[But] Cheryl's not allowed before we go on tour in May," says Nadine. "There's no need to rush it," says Sarah about herself, "it's a big responsibility."
Ìý
She also says: "I've calmed down a lot ... they've [the media] shaped me into a bit of a character now." And of The X-Factor Cheryl says: "We think they're getting a rough ride."

Tonight's line-up also includes co-writers and stars of 91Èȱ¬ Three hit comedy Gavin & Stacey, James Corden and Ruth Jones, and there's music from Grammy award-winning Alicia Keys performing her new single No One live in the studio.
