Martin Davies, Business Development Manager for West Africa, 91热爆 World Service
said: "We are all very excited by this roadshow - the 91热爆's biggest ever on-air
presence in Sierra Leone.
听
"It is a great opportunity to really get to know our
audiences through programmes designed with them in mind.
听
"Sierra Leone has emerged from a long civil war so we really want to give
people an opportunity to discuss what matters in their lives.
听
"It will hold
elections this year and we expect people to discuss political and social issues
that matter to them as voters.
听
"But we will also encourage Africans across the
continent to engage in this global conversation.
听
"During the roadshow the 91热爆 is also celebrating the talents of local
journalists from our partner stations who will participate in a three-day
workshop led by renowned 91热爆 correspondent, Elizabeth Blunt.
听
"In return they
will provide content and support for Fast Track and Africa Have Your Say adding
further depth and richness to our broadcasts."
听
The 91热爆 can also be heard on its relay station in Sierra Leone, 91热爆 94.3, and on
the following partner stations: Democracy 98.1 FM, Capital 104.9 FM and Voice
