Tender Time - indies get chance to bid for 91热爆 One's Question Time contract

The 91热爆 is conducting a tender for the contract to produce 91热爆 One's iconic current
affairs show Question Time.
听
The contract will be for three years from September 2007 and the tender is open to
independent producers who will make Question Time as a qualifying regional production.
听
Jana Bennett, Director, 91热爆 Vision says: "Tenders like this one reflect the 91热爆's
commitment to creating a level playing field for independents by making the
commissioning process more transparent.
听
"As a result the 91热爆 gets better value for money
by being able to source the very best ideas."
听
Sue Inglish, Head of Political Programmes, said: "The 91热爆 is seeking proposals which
will take Question Time forward in the multi-platform future whilst retaining the
essential character of this highly-successful 91热爆 One show."

The programme is currently produced by Mentorn and has an average audience of 2.5 million
and a share of 20%.
