Five Live listeners ranked their top five teams from a list of 32 selected by a panel of experts.

The poll ran on the Five Live website, bbc.co.uk/fivelive, between 17 November 17 and 1 December.

The winner and full rundown will be revealed on Christmas Eve in a special programme on Five Live, presented by Mark Saggers from noon.
